Is this startup spike simply the result of my CPU not being powerful enough? If so, what CPU would it take to avoid this? I’m considering an upgrade in November. Update 2: I (finally) watched my CPU usage while the capture was starting and there is a short lived spike to 100% on all threads, which explains the dropped frames.
